This restaurant looks reeeeeeeally cool by night , but it's near the Cathedral so it's almost impossible to obtain a good shot without a ghost effect

Very nice use of the HDR technique. I can see ghost effect too, but it isn't major, it often happens in places such as the surroundings of a place that attracts lots of tourists
